Last weekend Nomadic marked its 5-year anniversary by hosting a feast in the forest for over 200 guests cooked by four MasterChef Professional Winners – Stuart Deeley, Laurence Henry, Dan Lee and Nikita Pathakji. Upon arrival, guests enjoyed champagne and cocktails and a selection of woodland canapes before a quick Q&A session with all four winners. After which guests were given a guided foraging tour of the edible landscape by wild food author and leading naturalist Miles Irving. After their tour, they sat down to a four-course feast cooked over fire. The menu did not disappoint.
