Nomadic is thrilled to announce an extraordinary collaboration with the enigmatic and immensely talented duo, Marios and Marta, who have garnered critical acclaim for their bold and eclectic approach to cooking. Their unique style is a fusion of passion, creativity, and years of experience, and they will be joining us to create an unforgettable Springtime Feast Over Fire.

A Feast Over Fire Amongst the Bluebells
Join us this spring in a hidden woodland, carpeted by a dazzling shade of lilac, and enjoy a delicious feast around a giant table in a secret clearing amongst the trees. Our menu will celebrate the plethora of wild seasonal ingredients foraged from our surroundings and cooked over fire.

This spring, indulge in a sumptuous grazing brunch crafted by our team, celebrating the vibrant flavours of spring amidst a breathtaking sea of bluebells stretching as far as the eye can see.

Join us at our spring feast for an immersive experience that aims to provide you with a menu celebrating the seasons. We create an assault on the senses by using the humblest of ingredients and cooking with the most ancient methods.

Midsummer Feast 2025
Join us next June & July for our signature feast over fire. Escape to our remarkable hidden woodland nestled amongst the Chiltern Hills and indulge in a foraged feast cooked over an open flame inspired by the wild ingredients that grow in abundance around us.
We offer lunch and dinner service. We invite you to join us for a woodland-inspired cocktail, followed by a choice of mini-workshops around the estate, including foraging and an introduction to no-dig gardening, ending with a delicious feast over fire.
