Last August Nomadic welcomed the guys from digital food platform Mob, Guardian columnist and co-author of Ottolenghi Flavour Ixta Belfrage and a whole lot of unfiltered Stella Artois to our woodland for a late summer feast and a lot of unfiltered beer (which was drunk responsibly). Guests were treated to a selection of Ixtas signature summer dishes inspired by her upcoming book Mezcla including her delicious signature sticky rice aubergines with a spring onion salad all cooked over fire in a wood fired oven. This was Nomadic Dinners first collaboration with food platform Mob and we are looking forward to many more to come.
